[/index.php?topic=1022 This fairly long thread on the forum] has lots of people that wants to do translation. As the number of translators increase so do the need for coordination.
I would like to propose that CodeBlocks is registered with https://launchpad.net/ to centralise the translation.
If it is registered, this page should contain a link to the relevant page.
